Adapun langkah atau cara convert file excel ke PDF.  Konversi spreadsheet Excel atau workbook ke PDF sering diperlukan, karena format Adobe PDF menempatkan spreadsheet dalam format lebih rapi untuk laporan dan juga membuat file yang dapat dibaca oleh pengguna yang tidak memiliki Excel atau memiliki versi tidak kompatibel.
Ada beberapa cara untuk mengkonversi spreadsheet Excel ke PDF. Bagi pengguna yang memiliki Office excel 2007, excel 2013 atau lebih tinggi, ini merupakan proses yang mudah, karena versi ini memiliki konverter PDF disertakan dengan perangkat lunak. Jika Anda memiliki versi lama dari Office, Anda dapat menggunakan versi lengkap dari Adobe Acrobat atau biaya konverter PDF gratis atau rendah.


Cara/ metode 1: Convert Excel to PDF Using Microsoft Office 2007, excel 2013

  • Open the Excel spreadsheet. Do any final revisions, then click on the Office button in the left hand corner.
  • Select "Save As." Choose "PDF or XPS" as the file type.
  • Choose "PDF" from the drop down list if it is not already selected.
  • Give the document a name and click "Publish."
  • Open the document in Adobe reader to review it.
